A project exploring political speech through the medium of dance, including Salsa, using film and formulas. Investigating concepts of communication, conversation, dominance and response in two many layered spaces that both are wrapped in tension.

I discovered a technique within salsa that instead of the man always leading a woman, there was a liquid lead move that could swap over these pre-designed roles, away from gender. This opened the floor to use dance as a tool to interrogate a debate by Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton and in turn give people ways other than their own speech to question and respond to these debates which normally exclude the 3rd party audience.
